May 1: Deadline for free-movers from non-Nordic countries
Self-financing free-movers:
To be an eligible self-financing free-mover, you should certify schooling equivalent to 3 years of Norwegian upper secondary school, and at least a Bachelor's degree or similar (3 years of higher education) with a major within medicine, health or social sciences. In addition proficiency in English is required. For more information and application form, see the UiT-site for free-movers. Course code HEL-3011.
June 1: Deadline for applicants from Nordic countries and students enrolled in professional degree programs at UiT
Applicants from Nordic countries:
Applicants from Nordic countries need at least a Bachelor's degree or similar (3 years of higher education) within medicine, health or social sciences. You can apply for taking a singular course ("enkelt emne") with the online application form for "Lokalt opptak". Course code HEL-3011.
Students enrolled in professional degree programs at the University of Tromsø and completed at least three years of studies (pharmaceutical studies, medical studies, law school) need the approval from their student advisors and can make an online application for taking a singular course ("enkelt emne") with the online application form for "Lokalt opptak". Course code HEL-3011.
September 1: Deadline for registration and sign-up for the exam
Students enrolled in a Master programme at the University of Tromsø need only the approval from their student advisors and can register to HEL-3011.
All students who wish to undertake the module and obtain 10 credits upon passing the exam, must formally register for examination in module HEL-3011.
